When Imam Mahdi leads the prayer in Al-Aqsa Mosque, will Israel still exist? Will the Zionists, such as Netanyahu, still have control over Palestine?
According to hadith teachings, one of the principal obstacles to the Reappearance of the Imam of the Time ( Imam Mahdi ) is the “fear of being killed” — that is, assassination before the fulfillment of his global mission.
“It is narrated from Zarrāra that he said: ‘The Qa’im will have an occultation before his reappearance. I asked: Why did he say: he fears being killed?’” — Sheikh Tusi, Al-Ghaybah, p. 332.
This fear is not born of personal cowardice, but rather stems from concern for preserving the final divine reserve and fulfilling the grand plan of global justice. In fact, this fear is a wise, divinely-ordained measure.
The obstacle of the “fear of assassination” is a reality for which hostile actors have planned — from the beginning of the occultation and extending into the period before the Reappearance. It goes without saying that the confrontation between truth and falsehood runs continuously throughout history.
Evidence exists not only in theory but also in practice. Religious figures and even military commanders have uncovered secret projects by opponents aimed at “identifying and assassinating the Promised Imam.” These range from digging tunnels in the Samarra shrine to obtain genetic information of the Imams, to interrogating scholars in Iraq in order to discover the Imam of the Time’s whereabouts — all allegedly intended to carry out an assassination plot.
When Imam Mahdi leads the prayer in Al-Aqsa Mosque, will the Israel still remain? Will Zionists such as Netanyahu still dominate the Palestine? Or will they have reached the stage of collapse before the Reappearance?
Would stubborn, obstinate Jews, if they had power, ever allow Imam Mahdi to lead the prayer in Jerusalem?
The answer is clear. Jews would never permit an Imam from the Prophet’s lineage to be present in the heart of Jerusalem.
Naturally, at that time the Jews will have no power and will have become so weakened and dissolved that they will not be able to stand against the Imam and his companions, so the Imam will easily lead the prayer of interfaith unity in the Palestine.
Therefore it is evident that the Reappearance is process-oriented, not merely an accidental event, and it requires preparations.
A day will come when the “fear of assassination” will be removed and no global power will be able to stand against Imam Mahdi.
On the day the heavenly cry is sounded — “Truth is with Ali and his followers” — everyone will see which Shia have confronted the Sufyani movement. Yes; the process of the Reappearance will not arise from passivity and inactive waiting.
As long as the corrupt Jew freely spread corruption on earth and design the assassination of leaders of truth, can one expect Imam Mahdi to lead the prayer in the Palestine?
This authority must be created by the Shia. By folding their hands and merely praying, the corruption of the Israeli Jew and the fear of assassination will not be removed.
This writing is also a “simple response” to opponents of the doctrine of "Ruhollah Khomeini", especially figures like Nasiri, Akbarnejad and the current associated with the Najaf school. Because, in addition to the Qur’anic doctrine in Sūrah al-Isrā’, the theory of the Ruhollah Khomeini about the “destruction of the Israel ” is also in line with the process of the Reappearance.
They must answer: Is the presence of Zionism in Palestine compatible with the Reappearance? Can the prayer of interfaith unity at Al-Aqsa be established without the collapse of Israel?
What is clear is that the process of the Reappearance passes through the collapse of the Israel. And this is part of the divine puzzle.
So those who oppose the movement of Khomeini are not merely contesting a political analysis, but are obstructing the path to the Reappearance — and this is the greatest betrayal of the era of awaiting.
Can it be said that today the Shia have reached a point where, just as they defend the life of the “deputy of the Imam” (Ayatollah Khamenei), they can also protect the life of “Imam Mahdi”?
Not yet; the great powers must also be weakened, which in the hadiths is referred to as the “upheaval of Rome” (by “Rome” the Western front is meant), and subsequently a world war will occur. In fact, there is a hidden continuum between “resistance, security, [and the] Reappearance.”
Therefore, in addition to “Shia authority,” and in addition to a “balance of deterrence,” the “upheaval of Rome” must also take place.
The process of the Reappearance has conditions and rules, including:
1. The training of supporters of Imam Mahdi within the awaiting community and a militarily-centered Shia authority.
2. The security of the Kaʿba in order to preserve the life and safety of Imam Mahdi.
3. Upheaval in the Western front based on God’s tradition of stratagem and planning to weaken the front of falsehood.
4. The collapse of the Israel as the epicenter of satanic influence.
“Training forces and matériel for the Imam”: because the Karbala experience must not be repeated.
“Military authority”: the enemy must be driven out from the geography of the Reappearance.
“God’s tradition of stratagem and planning”: with the occurrence of upheaval in the Western front, global powers will be weakened.
“Security authority”: the life of the Imam must be secured beside the Kaʿba.
